What’s actually happening under the hood?

Cloud Capital uses AWS Billing Transfer, a native AWS feature that lets our management account take over responsibility for paying your Organization’s consolidated bill. Your AWS accounts stay in your own Organization. Nothing moves. Cloud Capital receives the AWS invoice, applies the 5% discount, and re-invoices you for the net amount.

Your Org structure, management account, IAM roles, SCPs, and all infrastructure remain under your control. Cloud Capital’s visibility is limited to the billing and cost data AWS exposes (Cost Explorer, CUR, cost allocation tags). We have no access to your workloads, application data, or production environments.

No code changes

No workload or infrastructure changes

No refactors

Is it really that simple?

Yes! Here are some common questions about the Cloud Capital cashback:
How can Cloud Capital afford to give me 5% back?
Is this compliant with AWS?
What’s the catch?
Is the 5% a cash payout or an invoice credit? When is it applied each month?
What counts as eligible AWS spend?
Does this stack with existing commitment optimization (RIs and Savings Plans)?
Can anyone get this?
What security access do you need?
What are the terms?
What changes for engineering?
Can I read the technical details?
Does this affect our AWS support or discounts?
How long does setup take?

Want more than 5% cash back?
